urgent problem

My phone keeps saying the network is unavailable so I can't do anything and when I tried to sign in to my 48 it says error please help?

You probably need to log a support request to see if 48 can help you with these problems:

I presume there's no chance that you were barred once before and then breached the fair usage limits a second time and got barred for good?

i cant ring anyone with my phone it says calls barred each time and will only recieve calls and txts, whats goin on??

Similar to my question above - any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month? If not then you probably need to log a support request to see if 48 can help you with this problem.
