when will my number transfer over

Hi. I set it all up last night but am just wondering why my number hasn't Changed over yet.

Problems moving your number?

(click on "more info" below to reveal information)

 

It’s been over 2 hours

Log into your account.  If your transfer has failed you should see a message explaining that.

 

It’s usually down to the wrong information being entered in the transfer form.  Double check the info and try again.

 

If it won’t let you try again contact the care crew http://help.48months.ie/requests/new.

Include the following:

Mobile number you want to transfer

If that mobile is bill pay or pre-pay

If bill pay include the account number

If pre-pay were you registered (Did your network know who you were)
