48 SIM is too big for my phone

Hi.i switching over to 48 and the sim I got in the post is bigger than the one I have in my phone already.how do I get smaller sim

You need to pop the smaller SIM (micro or nano) out of the full sized SIM.

FYI: Our SIMs are “Trio” so it is a "normal" SIM, a micro-SIM and a Nano SIM all in one, which means it will fit into any type of phone, happy days!
