By the way...
You mention add-ons in the subject line but topups in the body of your post.
So be aware that using the gift shop you can gift somebody else membership or cash credit.
You can't gift then add-ons.
But you CAN gift them the cash credit top-up and then they can buy add-ons with it themselves if necessary.
