Hi I paid for extra credit on my phone, the money came out of my account but the land line credit has not been added to my account. I can't make land line calls please help

What do you mean by credit here?

Cash credit?

Membership?

Add-on?

What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases/topups?

What does your My 48 account page say about your current membership status and expiry date, allowance balances and does it list any next membership and start date?
