Have paid for set up but phone not working I can’t make or receive calls

Help please

Did you successfully activate your SIM?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Can you get a connection to the 48 network?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Do you have an active membership listed on your My48 account Dashboard?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Can you send/receive texts and use data?

What happens when you try to make a call?
