Check your internet settings.
If the APN field is NOT 48months.liffeytelecom.com then edit it, change it (back) to that, reboot and see if data starts working.
If not then you'll have to contact 48 support.
This (data not working while roaming in the EU on a Guido membership) is a common problem for users.
That tip often fixes it but not always.
I don't know why this happens and why 48 can't fix it so that data "just works".
