Help in France and phone says no service

Hi I have an iPhone 7plus I recently updated to latest IOS and now my phone doesn’t seem to be working. I tried updating network setting but it keeps resetting to Proximus :-(

What membership do you have?

Hi Dayler thanks for response it seems to have joined SFR now as I saw the post about abroad and s’il settings which I do not normally do but it has worked! I have the guido? I’m still concerned about my data settings though appreciate your help thanks again

Are calls, texts and data working?

Check your internet settings.

If the APN field is NOT 48months.liffeytelecom.com then edit it, change it (back) to that, reboot and see if data starts working.

If not then you'll have to contact 48 support.

This (data not working while roaming in the EU on a Guido membership) is a common problem for users.

That tip often fixes it but not always.

I don't know why this happens and why 48 can't fix it so that data "just works".
