I can't re-record my personal greeting

Can somebody help,I can't seem to re-record my personal greeting. The option comes up to delete the current personal greeting but it doesn't delete it stays the same. And there is no option to record new greeting? Please help

If the delete doesn't work then you may need to contact 48 support about this.
