You mean you can't send texts at all or just to a specific number?

If you can't send texts at all are you sure that you haven't used up your text allowance for the membership month and need to buy a text add-on?

What do you mean by "sometimes can't make a call"?

What happens?

Again does it happn for specific numbers or all numbers?

I can't text to any number but seem to receive all texts

when I make a call i get a message saying i don't have enough credit to make the call

Sounds like you don't have any text or call allowances left.

What does your online account say about your membership status and text/calls allowance balances?

If you have an active membership but have used up the membership allowances then you need to buy addons to tide you over until the membership expires and a new one can kick in.
