Lots of people are reporting the same thing lately.
Along with the fact that the app no longer works.
Unfortunately things seem to be a bit of a mess lately (for almost a week now).
All I can suggest is that you contact 48 support (again?) but I haven't seen anybody reporting success in getting them to sort things out for them so far unfortunately.

It’s working now. Didn’t do anything to my phone, it just kicked back in, thankfully. Hope it doesn’t happen again at next renewal.
