After coming back to Ireland from abroad my phone is out of service, no network , nothing works only home wi-fi.I did restart it and took off my sim card and still nothing works.Any idea please how can I fix it?

What make and model of phone?
If it's an iPhone then check this in case it's relevant...

Otherwise if you do a manual scan for networks what networks can you see?
Can you see and connect to 48?

Hi ! The phone is Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I did try to connect manualy to the 48 network but didn't work.I ordered new sim, hope this will work.

Do you mean a *replacement* SIM rather than a *new* SIM?

A new SIM will, by default, expect to be activated on a new account although you can probably contact 48 support to activate it as a replacement on your existing account.

But apart from that, you really should contact 48 support about your network connectivity issue as they may be able to sort it out without any need for any new/replacement SIM at all.
