If it's an iPhone and you may have been roaming recently (even inadvertently near the NI border) maybe you need to do this?
If not then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for advice:

Sorry I never thought of suggesting that.
But glad you got it sorted.
Did support tell you to do that or did you figure it out yourself?
