You'll need to post a few more details if you want help from the community forum. E.g. have you just joined 48 and are trying to get set up and connected? Or have you been here for a while and things have stopped working? What have you tried to get this working/fixed? What are the exact symptoms of the problem on the phone - e.g. any error messages etc.?
