This morning I lost service and I haven’t gotten it back while other 48 customers around me have it. Anything I can do to get it back

Have you tried the usual stuff - e.g.

 

  • switch off
  • take the SIM out
  • gently clean it
  • reinsert it making sure that it's correctly seated in the SIM tray
  • switch on
  • do a manual scan for networks
  • can you see and connect to 48?

 

If not then you need to contact 48 support for further advice and assistance.

Are you able to try another 48 or other carrier's SIM in it to check?
