When did it start happening?

You may need to contact 48 support.

A few people seem to be reporting similar problems at the moment so maybe it's a general issue.

Can't say that I've noticed it myself so far in Dublin city centre.

I'm in Dublin city as well and it just started around 10:30. I got kicked off my network operator, my APN deleted itself and I had to manually put those back in. Still no service though - texts/calls nor internet.

Yeah - I see it now - can't seem to make calls or send texts but data is working for me at the moment.

Best to contact 48 support.
