Hello, I topped up the tariff for 13 euros, why doesn’t the payment arrive, it’s already been a week since the bank card was withdrawn from the card??

What exactly do you mean by "I topped up the tariff for 13 euros"?

What exactly did you purchase?

Membership plan (there is no €13 plan only a €12.99 one), cash credit, add-ons?

Can you make/receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?

What exactly do you mean by "why doesn’t the payment arrive" and "it’s already been a week since the bank card was withdrawn from the card??"?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
