I just got a replacement sim card but am unable to connect to a network

Did you go through the activation process with the new SIM?

Any error messages with the new SIM?

If you manually scan for networks can you see any?

I have gone through activate sim and have searched manually for networks. Just keeps saying network unavailable please try later and that's to all networks that I can see

So you can see a list of networks but you cannot connect to 48?

You probably need to contact 48 support about this.
