I am locked out on my phone , the puck code will not let me unlock the phone or the pin code either can you send me a new puck number and probably new pin number many thanks

Hi I need my puk code but lost packaging what can I do?

Sim problem

I have a new sim free Samsung a53 but won't let me use phone, i have tried the sim in another sim free phone and the results are the same, have put in another network sim and it worked is there a problem moving the sim to a new phone

Not Receiveing incoming calls

Can't receive incoming calls message says (This Person is not available at the moment)

Was on holidays and when I got back no signal

SMS messaging not working

I don't seem to be getting SMS messages onto my phone, any ideas how I can fix this, or why it might be happening?

On old plan.. can I add on so I can use my phone in USA
