Hi,

I have recently upgraded my iphone and need a new sim for an iphone 5.

My current phone is an iphone 4.

You need to request a replacement SIM yourself.

By the way - it's not a good idea to post all of your personal details in a public forum like this!

You should probably edit your post to remove your personal details.
