How are you trying to topup?

Via the app, website, Gift Store etc.?

What are you trying to purchasse? Membership? Add-on? Cash credit?

What is the exact error message?

Can you try the app instead of the website (or vice versa) or a different device/browser?

Have you successfully made a purchase on 48 before this?
