Card payment issues on website reported on 08/08/13.  Reports of a "credit card not valid" message

 

Hi guys,

 

We are currently experiencing some issues accepting credit and debit card payments on our website. 

 

Some of you have reported getting a “credit card is not valid” error message when trying to buy from a debit or credit card.

 

Our techie guys are working on fixing this and we’ll keep you updated here on the Community.

 

Thanks for bearing with us while we get this resolved.

I tried to make a payment tonight and could not. Problem is not solved
Not sure what to do next.my mobile has been off for 4-5 days now.

Topup by voucher until the online card payment problem is fully sorted?

Not sure where to get the vouchers from. Any way it is to much hassle .i have ordered a sim from lyca mobile network. Nearly the same price and more flexible regarding landline calls and international calls. Will move my number as soon as I have it.tried the credit cards top up today ,still not working.

Fair enough - I was just suggesting the voucher option as a stopgap measure until the online card payment issue is sorted out and I believe that PayZone and OmniVend outlets are pretty widespread. But anyway - different horses for different courses and different networks for different punters I guess. Good luck with LycaMobile.

i have paid for the full year membership a few months ago! now its saying i have not paid? since i came back from holidays? what the **bleep**?
