Did you contact 48 support as I suggested here?

Re: [Resolved] Issue with some customers losing 3G connectio

My 3G kept dropping out but for the last 24 hours i have no phone reception anywhere in Dublin? I don't think there is an issue with my phone as it had happened in the past

Re: [Resolved] Issue with some customers losing 3G connectio

Is the problem specifically with internet/data access or do you mean that nothing is working - calls/texts?

Did anything change on the phone - e.g. software update/settings changes?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone?

You may need to contact 48 support for more assistance:

Re: [Resolved] Issue with some customers losing 3G connectio

This is not resolved for me either. My 3G keeps dropping. I live in the Blessington area and it just happened to my phone 5 mins ago. 3G just drops and comes back intermittently. Then no service appears on phone and then it comes back. Happening the last 3 weeks.
Any ideas?

Re: [Resolved] Issue with some customers losing 3G connectio

I contacted customer support and tried sim in android phone. Signal was strong and steady. I put sim back in iPhone yesterday and so far so good. Hasn't dropped yet. Fingers crossed.

Sorry - I personally am out of ideas.

All I can suggest is that you get back to 48 support and tell them that you're still having the same problem.

Hopefully they can figure something out...

Hope this helps.

Re: [Resolved - March 2014] Issue with losing 3G connection

Hi My Iphone 5S constantly looseing the signal.

Please advise whether or not any improvement working had been carried on?

I am not 100% satisfied with Network quality for at least 3 month.

Could you please advise whether or not is possible to update or upload some apps which will help to receive the signal better.

You probably need to contact 48 support about this:

Installing apps won't make your signal any better if it's bad.

Updating to the latest available software for your phone may help.

Hope this helps.
