I signed up to 48 yesterday. 3G worked no problem all day. This morning when I left the house my 3G was not working. Turning the phone off and on again has not worked.
I'm on a Motorola Moto G.

As I said above I think that people having these problems need to log a support query.
I don't think that anybody on the forum can help and it needs 48 support to look into it on their side.

I am having this issue since early this morning. My APNs are correct and I can see my phone switching between EDGE and HSDPA but there is no data being transmitted. I'm getting an IP address also.
I have reported the incident to a member of the team but as of yet have had no reply.
Along with the 4 or 5 outages last year and this unexplained problem with losing my data connection I'm seriously considering moving to another mobile operator for the purpose of reliablility even if it does mean spending a few extra euro a month. 48months has shown themselves to be one of the most amaturish service providers I have ever been a member of

This is simply not true. "techie_kev" opened this thread saying they are looking in to this in a big way. He then followed up with another post.
He later posted this "Please let us know here on this Community post if you have lost 3G internet connection again"
.. and this "Your updates here will help us determine the success of these changes."
So this is the EXACT place that people shoule be posting these report.
Please stop telling people to not post, in direct contravention to what 48 tech people are saying.

I didn't tell anybody not to post here.
I suggested that they log a support query to get 48 support to look into their specific problem.
Seems prudent advice to me.

Having the Exact same problems myself. Completely rebooted my phone as it was a new and meant i wouldn't lose too much stuff, reentered all the data settings from scratch and still nothing doing. Don't know what the problem is but would love if it got sorted soon.

Just to add...
I had sporadic 3G in the early morning up to roughly 1100hrs at which point it went to Edge and after a reboot it very slowly returned to (seemingly) normal operation.
As we had the Techie post suggesting there was updates on the system yesterday afternoon, & as my 3G dip had taken place in the wee hours - it was a non-issue for me.
All post's are replied to by the Community Helpers throughout the forum, however - Although granted, Techie updates is a point of interest, & the right place to add if there is a problem with 3G presently - Because it is an open (public forum) each person experiencing such would for privicy reason's alone - also need to log a support request for individual investigation.

I lost my internet today at about 11 am and it hasn't worked since have full interet left and reset network settings and done a power cycle .....and its still not working!
