HiI'm having trouble with my 3G I'm on the €15 a month membership and when I log onto my account it says I still have 11GB remaining but when I go to use my 3G it is not working for me ??
I was abroad for a week and while I was away my membership got topped up. When I came home my internet won't work but on my account it says I have 15GB how do I get this to work for me ?
