I travelled to Italy last week and when I returned my Internet stopped working

Do you have an active membership plan and a non-zero data balance? 

Do calls and texts work ok? 

Maybe try reconfiguring your APN settings. 

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions:

If that doesn't fix the issue then you'll probably need to contact 48 support.
