Hi,

Just checking if my account is OK - this is my daughter's account & she is now telling me that she doesn't have any mobile data.

What does her My48 account Dashboard say about her current membership status and data balance?

If she has used up her data allowance before the membership plan month is up then she can buy a data add-on to keep using data:
