Tried everything in roaming guides and troubleshooting

But of course nothing works... Not even in NI. Makes for quite an inconvenience when travelling to Europe to realise only when you land that your phone is useless.

Anyone have any advanced troubleshooting suggestions?

I am going to have to move network if this can't be fixed.

If your SIM predates January 2023 then maybe try a replacement?

I tried the new sim (current sim is 2 months old).

I also tried everything in both of those guides but to no avail currently.
