Maybe you've used up your data allowance before the membership month is up in which case you need to buy a data add-on to continue using data for the rest of the membership month?

If that's the case then buying a new membership will not help as the new membership will simply stack on your account to kick in when the current membership eventually runs its full monthly course and expires.

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your membership status?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?

What exactly do you mean by "balance"?

What are the answers to the questions that I previously asked?

You should probably contact 48 support as I suggested but they'll probably ask you similar questions to the ones that I asked anyway.
