EU legislation traveling abroad

The prices on the FAQ post for traveling abroad don't look to be updated for the new legislation that came into force today

Are the rates still above the EU limit, eg EU limit on making calls is 19c/min the 48months website is reporting that it charges 23c/min?

http://ec.europa.eu/digital-agenda/en/roaming-tariffs

The 48 charges are correct

The EU link that you posted lists the maximum charges exclusive of VAT.

19c + Irish VAT of 21% = 22.99c or 23c rounded.

Similarly for the incoming call and outgoing text charges.

Hope this helps.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

Ah VAT, I'm always forgetting about that!

Thanks.
