Had reason to order new SIM.got newone butphone wont recogni

Why did you have to get another SIM?

What do you mean by "phone won't recognise it"?

What happens? 

Any error message? 

Were you using the same phone with a 48 SIM previously?

Did you activate the SIM?

Was it a brand new one or a replacement for use with your existing account/number/membership etc.?
