Account Number

I am trying to move my old phone number from my old tesco mobile account to my new 48 account. I contacted Tesco Mobile and asked for my account number but when i tried to put it in the 48 app it told me the number wasn’t long enough.

Transfer from former phone.

My brother has bought a new iPhone 6s and is about to take out a 48 membership. He's wondering how he might transfer the data and apps from his old Samsung Galaxy to his new phone. Thanks.
