Auto-renewal worked on one account but failed on another

I was paying both mine and my husbands membership every month from my debit card. In Jan 1st 2024 only one payment went out. I checked with my bank and there is no issue with my account or card. Can u please reinstate d stopped payment as both phones are not working now.
