Can't buy membership!

HI, I can't top up my membership - have been trying since yesterday (Sunday 11th Nov), and all of today. The webpage won't let me select 'renew membership' from any of the links on the site. 

I have tried from my own phone on wifi, plus from two computers (mac and PC both).

Is there something wrong with the website? Can someone let me know what's going on?

You'll probably have to contact 48 support about this.

Several people have reported problems buying or activating memberships recently.
And the app is not working since last week.
So there are system problems which are persisting in spite of support telling people that things will be rectified soon.
