Cannot change settings to buy credit from a new debit card

Lost my old debit card and can't seem to change settings to buy from a different debit card

What happens when you try to delete your registered card details and add a new card here?

Any error messages etc.?

 

Note that some others seem to be having problems with card payments especially when trying to use a card that is not registered in case that's relevant here too?

I just tried topping up my cash credit balance by €1 using my stored card details and the Android app and the payment went through fine.

What exactly happens when you try?

I presume that you're doing it here under Payment Details?

If you can't get it working then you'll need to contact 48 support.

I cannot add a crad either. I get the error "Could not initiate Secured Payments. Please try later" wehn adding a card or trying to buy a membership (tried on 2 laptops and 3 phones with different networks and same error). Any idea what the issue could be?
