I topped up my phone but didn't get my monthly plan

Hi,My membership was expired on 10.03 so I top up on 9.03 but I still don't have my monthly plan and when I top up they take 12.99 from my credit card....so what I have to do now

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
