My48 Page always shows "One moment please. We’re retrieving"

Whenever I open My48 Page, it always shows me the following message. Also, "Flexi Data" doesn't let me save/retrieve any previously stored data.

Does it do the same when using another browser, an incognito tab or the 48 app?
