No electricity after storm, suspended from topping up

I have no electricity after Ophelia so I'm trying to top up. I put in the top up code and it now says I'm suspended from this service. I can't email customer care because my data is gone and I can only access this section of the website. I need help fast.

OK - checked with 48 support and even when your data has been used up you can still access all of the content on http://www.48months.ie/ on a carrier data connection.

But you cannot access the support area on https://help.48months.ie because it is actually hosted elsewhere or something.

Note that you can still access the Chat facility e.g. from this page:

Even if your data is used up you should be able to contact 48 support (including via the chat facility) here:

I Was unable to contact 48 support through data. 

help.48month.ie was the only website that was unavailable. I sorted it now however.

My understanding was that the whole of the 48 website was still accessible over a carrier data connection even if you have used up your data allowance.
Did you find that this was NOT the case?

Every section of the website except the ask a support agent section was accessible.

That's odd - I thought that every part of the 48 website should be accessible in those circumstances. 

I'll ask 48 support about it and post back when I get a reply.
