Payment error when buying membership plan

I purchased a plan online, but a system error kept showing up after payment. I swiped my card multiple times because of this, but the system did not accept my payment. My plan was about to expire. However, my bank told me the payment was successful and I paid multiple times. I do not know what to do.

What do you mean you "swiped" your card? 

I'm not aware of any option to swipe a card when buying stuff on 48.

You just enter your card details when prompted or use the card details saved on your account.

What was the error message?

Were you ever previously able to buy a membership plan using the same card?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
