Old thread but I thought I'd add this as it's really strange. The payment details section is grayed out for me but I was able to access it directly using the link you provide

That's odd alright.
Is it the same in both the app and using the website?
Does clearing 48 cookies in the browser make any difference?
You'll probably need to contact 48 support about why the link is disabled on your account.
