Keep getting "data limit" notification

Hi, I keep getting a notification that I've used my data limit for this month, but you charged my account 4 days ago! When I try to log into the app it constantly comes up with an error, even though I've downloaded the update. Can you help please?

Paid for data and got no data

This is the second time this is happening, the first time I wasn't paying much attention, I bought the membership but did not get the membership, my account was charged, I did this 10days prior to renew so I did not notice on time I had to pay again....
