Hi,Has anybody gotten incoming call history from 48? I was on chat last week and told I needed a PUK to get hte information, so I had to wait for my new sim to arrive. I went on to chat today and this person keeps saying that "we are a prepay service...

account deactivated

I realized the my account has been deactivated because there was not enough balance in my bank account when my 48 account tried to renew my monthly memberhip. How can I actıvete my sımcard agaın and top up my account

No calls/texts/data when roaming in UK

Ive enabled roaming on the phone, but the SIM toolkit wont let me click into the when abroad menu item (or. Any of the other menu items). Is there a way to redownload the SIM toolkit or is there another way to make roaming work for me?
