no network coverage

Hi guys, I've no network coverage. I can log into my membership and it says it's active but expired then when I go to buy membership it says that my simply is not active like this that last 2 weeks tried everything new sim put in different apn as as husbands 48 sim nothing working..... HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Iv been on to them about 4/5 times trying loads of things and nothing is working... 😭😭😭

We can't make calls since last Sunday but we can text.Have been on to them numerous times.it's unusual for both our phones have the same problem
