3g not working

Only 2g seems to be working for me. Its definetly not the phone as i tried another sim in it and 3g worked on that. Any help would b great.

How are you concluding that only 2G works?

Are your internet/APN settings correct?

Check them against these instructions:

What does it say under System settings > About phone > Status > SIM status > Mobile network type (or something similar to that depending on your version of Android).
