Hey,

I;m trying to activate a new sim but it keeps saying there's an old sim still linked to my account,which there isn't because in the puk code section of my details it says there's no sim linked to my account, Please help me I'm stuck in no mans land here!

Were you with 48 before or is this your first time on the network?

Just that if you were here before then you may have an account/SIM registered to your email address already?

I think you're probably going to have to talk to 48 support about this as I'm not sure that anybody on the forum will be able to figure it out or do anything about it:
