Can't make or receive calls after number transfer

Im  having problems I can't make or receive calls seams I havent changed over for some reason,

What number does your online account display? The 089 number that came with the 48 SIM or the number that you wanted to port in?

Do you have a valid membership? Your account should clarify. If not then you need to buy membership first:

You might need to log a support request to get 48 to look into this for you:
