Cannot buy membership

Every time I try to buy membership it says sorry cannot process payment. The card is fine I don't know what the problem is any help

There seem to be problems processing payments on certain platforms and browsers.

If you're trying this on your phone's browser then try another browser or try a laptop/PC.
