You need to get a replacement SIM:

http://48months.ie/help/losthandset

or get a new SIM:

http://48months.ie/free-sim

and then don't register it but log a support request to ask 48 support to transfer your existing account/membership/credit over to the new SIM:

http://help.48months.ie/requests/new

You might have to log a support request anyway now to ask 48 to help you out.

Hope this helps.

What does your online account say about your membership status/expiry date and cash credit balance?

Are you saying that your topup did not top up your cash credit balance? Or are you sure that you're not confusing topping up with buying membership?

http://community.48months.ie/t5/Most-Popular-Questions/What-is-the-difference-between-membership-and...

If you top up your credit balance then you still need to buy membership as a separate step.

You can do this by text if necessary:

http://community.48months.ie/t5/Most-Popular-Questions/How-do-I-buy-stuff-by-text/m-p/118#U118

Unlike many other pay as you go networks having credit on your account is not sufficient for you to use services (calls, texts, data) on 48. On 48 you always need membership to use services.

Hope this helps.

Are you both sure that you didn't actually buy membership each time? In that case you will not see any credit on your account but your online account will display the current and "stacked" memberships which were purchased.

Also - if for any reason you cannot log a support request via the website then you can email this address to create a help ticket:

support@48months.zendesk.com

Hope this helps.
