Help moving numbers.

I recieved my sim card 2 days ago and registered my sim straight away.

Requested the move my number form, answered everything correctly but I it still says that it is being processed. 

Also now because I moved my number, my old sim no longer works, so I'm left with no phone number and no working sims.

you should log a support request (as outlined in the key post that I linked to) to ask 48 what the hold up is.
