I ordered the wrong size SIM....

I ordered a normal SIM instead of a macro SIM. I got the normal SIM and registered it before I realised it was the wrong one. It won't let me order a macro SIM, what should I do? Thanks, Corinne

If you want to use the normal sized (mini) SIM for now then order a new free micro SIM here 

 

http://48months.ie/free-sim

 

and when you get it don't register it but log a support query asking 48 to switch your account/number/membership over to the micro SIM:

 

http://help.48months.ie/requests/new

 

If you don't need to use the mini SIM that you have right now then just order a replacement micro SIM through your online account and your current SIM will be disabled until you receive the replacement micro SIM which will be ready to go on your account/number/membership when you receive it:
